Calamosche Beach

Calamosche Beach, or Funni Musca as the locals call it, is the most famous of the five beaches of the Vendicari Reserve. Its position, squeezed between two rocky promontories, makes it a small oasis with a calm and crystal clear sea.

Bazzina Beach (Alicudi)

Bazzina Beach is located in the north-eastern part of Alicudi and is named after the district in which it is located. The best way to get there is by sea, so you will need to either hire a boat or ask a fisherman or skipper at Alicudi harbour to take you.

Scari Beach

Scari Beach is located in the eastern part of the island of Stromboli, just below the village of Borgo San Vincenzo. It is a large beach that stretches for about a kilometre and is split into two parts by a pier.

Scario Beach is located in the northern part of Salina. It is the main access point to the sea in the part of the island called Malfa. The beach is so named because, in the past, this was a port of call for sailing ships trading with Campania.

Cala Cinque Denti Beach

Cala Cinque Denti (Cove of Five Teeth) is located on the northeast coast of the island of Pantelleria and is so called because of the high coastline indented by spikes of large rocks. This beautiful cove is one of the results of the last eruption of the Kùddia Randazzo crater, which generated the lava river called Lave del Khagiàr some 7,900 years ago, which can still be seen today.

Acquacalda Beach

Acquacalda Beach is located on the northern coast of the island of Lipari and takes its name from the nearby seaside village. It is a beach that stretches for over a kilometre and is made up of medium-sized pebbles both on the shore and on the seabed.
