Cannitello Beach is located in the southern part of the island of Vulcano between Punta Bandiera and Punta Ufala. It is a beautiful beach of fine black sand, surrounded by dense vegetation and is never crowded. This corner of Vulcano is, therefore, perfect for those who want to relax and enjoy peace and quiet. The seabed slopes gently, so is also suitable for families with children. Sunbeds and parasols are provided by the nearby Punta Aria rural tourism centre, which also runs a kiosk amidst the greenery, where you can have lunch.
